1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Attack Lab ("the Service"), operated by Knowtivity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Attack Lab is an interactive educational platform that teaches AI and LLM security through hands-on attack scenarios. Users interact with AI chatbots to learn about prompt injection, data exfiltration, and other security concepts in a controlled learning environment.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to cause harm.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service beyond what is explicitly permitted.
  • Share your account access or credentials with third parties.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service's infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on the Service — including text, graphics, scenarios, and code examples — are the property of Knowtivity or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. You retain ownership of any content you submit, and grant Knowtivity a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for operating and improving the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knowtivity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided for educational purposes only. The security techniques and concepts demonstrated within AI Attack Lab are intended to help you understand and defend against AI security threats. You must not apply these techniques against systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test. Knowtivity is not responsible for any misuse of the knowledge gained through the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
